Wet Feet Program

Wet Feet is a fun program at the RStLYC aimed at young children who want to learn abou sailing and water safety. The curriculum consists of lifejacket safety and how to balance, sit and move in a small sailboat. Additional activities include arts and crafts, plus swimming. The goal of this program is to get children comfortable in small boats and prepare them to move on to our Learn-to-Sail program. Kids will be placed two per boat. Sessions of 1 week for $265 or 2 weeks for $485.

  • 6 kids per session maximum
  • 5-7 years old kids
  • Introduction to the boat
  • Water safety
  • Basic principle of propulsion steering
  • Arts and crafts and swimming
  • Two kids per boat
